"One thing i know about making hit records is this...you have to start out with the BEST SONG! ask Stevie Wonder,Michael Jackson,Rick James ,Teena Marie, or Black Sabbath to name a few of the People i have Mixed Records & Cooked For, durning my journey threw the culinary world in my quest for the "best song as far as beef goes i ran across "Gareth Plank & "SCOTT RIVER RANCH".

Gareth sent me a rib-eye steak to evaluate for my cooking show, now there was nothing special about this steak.. cryo packed like all the others...nice marbling like all the others... cut 3/4 of a inch thick like all the others....so i put it in the freezer until i got time to deal with it , then one night after a long vocal session with someone i can't mention (because i signed some paperwork saying that i wouldn't).. i pulled out the steak that my assistant thawed earlier that day for me to cook...

Well after the long session of writing and doing vocals i didn't want to spend much time cooking this steak that i thought was like "all the rest of them" so i just used some salt and black pepper threw it on my charcoal grill (where i cook all my steaks and chops" took one bite and told my assistant get gareth plank on the phone right now because i was pissed off .. i think it was like midnight or something when i got gareth on the phone fist thing i said was" yo what did you send me ???buffalo or elk or moose all these thoughts were going thru my mind because I HAD NEVER TASTED ANY OF THOOSE CUTS OF MEAT. GARETH SAID NO I SENT YOU BEEF OUR NORMAL BEEF WHY? MY WORDS BACK TO HIM WERE ..... WELL THAN HOW COME ALL THE BEEF I HAVE BEEN EATING MY WHOLE LIFE DOSEN'T TASTE ANYTHING LIKE WHAT I JUST HAD???? AND I ONLY HAD ONE BITE?......REALLY YOU HEAR THIS PHRASE TOSSED AROUND ALL THE TIME "LIKE NIGHT AND DAY!" BUT TRUST ME IT WAS LIKE NIGHT & DAY UNBELIEVABLE !!!!

If you want the best bang for your buck the most flavorful beef pound for pound on this planet you have to try this man's product it some how in the taste you can tell how much love he has for raising his animal's .... simply put WOW!!!"

"Just grilled the tenderloin steaks from the "Reforming Vegetarian" package, ate it w/some sauteed crimini mushrooms & bok choy. I've eaten a lot of beef, and I've eaten a lot of grass fed beef. This was some of the best beef (grass fed or otherwise) I've ever eaten. Awesome stuff. Thanks for doing the consumers & the animals right."
